Treatment
The main aim of the treatment would be to get rid of infections. Some treatment methods used for this would include:
- Making a small hole in the abscess and draining out the pus, followed by cleaning it with saline water.
- Root canal
- Extracting the infected tooth
- Taking up antibiotics
